Choose 1–90 days. Days older than this are removed automatically, so export anything you want to keep from History first.

New day

When a new day starts, choose what to keep yourself, or carry unfinished tasks forward and archive completed ones without asking. Close day still opens the review.

Scratch pads

The default is 4. You can’t lower it below the number of pads you have, so no pad is ever deleted by this setting.

Clear unused pads

Pads you have not edited for this long are cleared when Dayflow opens. The default is 7 days. Scratch pads stay on this device and are not part of backups.
